Steps and follow-ups
A campaign is a sequence of steps. Step 1 is the first email. Later steps are follow-ups.
- Follow-ups reply in the same thread, with the first email's subject.
- To start a new thread, give a follow-up a New subject.
- Follow-ups stop when a lead replies, in any thread. Out-of-office replies don't stop them.
Personalization
{{first_name}}inserts a lead field.{{first_name|there}}uses "there" when the field is empty.{a|b}picks one option per lead. The same lead always gets the same choice.
A/B variants
Each step can have up to four variants, A to D. You choose how the winner is picked.
Templates
Save as template keeps the emails, schedule, tracking and pacing. It never keeps leads or mailboxes.
Tracking
Open and click tracking are off by default.
