Daily limits and sending pace

How many emails each mailbox sends, and how NorthQuest spaces them out.

Defaults

30 cold emails a day per mailbox. NorthQuest warns above 50. The hard cap is 100.
20 new leads a day per mailbox. The rest of the daily budget goes to follow-ups.
5 minutes between emails from the same mailbox, plus a random 0–5 minutes.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, in the campaign's time zone.

You can change these. Values outside the safe range show a warning.

Change a mailbox's limit

Open the mailbox in Deliverability › Mailboxes. Its daily limit replaces the workspace default for that mailbox. To change several at once, select them and use Daily limit.

New mailboxes

Start slowly. A safe ramp is 5 to 15 a day in week 2, 15 to 25 in week 3, then 30.

Sending domains

Use 2 to 3 mailboxes per sending domain. NorthQuest never sends more than 300 emails per domain in 24 hours.
