The review step checks everything before the first email goes out.
Review before launch
Launch opens a checklist first. It shows when the first email goes out and which leads will be emailed.
Skipped leads
NorthQuest only emails leads it can safely email. Each skipped lead is listed with its reason:
- invalid address
- duplicate
- on Do not contact, unsubscribed or bounced
- already replied to an earlier campaign
- in another running campaign
- missing a field the email uses
You can remove skipped leads in the review.
Booking links
A campaign that uses {{booking_link}} can't launch without a booking link. The review offers to add one.
"Not ready to launch"
The review says this when no lead can be emailed. Fix the reasons above, then try again.
