Leads
Import leads from a CSV
Map your columns, and NorthQuest catches duplicates and blocked people.
Steps
- Open Leads and click Import CSV.
- Choose your file.
- Map each column to a lead field. A "Website", "Company website" or "Domain" column fills the company.
- Import. Duplicates and people on Do not contact are caught.
Phone numbers
Phone numbers keep their country code, for example +39. A number without one shows as needing a country. NorthQuest never guesses it.
Lists and views
Add leads to lists to use them in campaigns. Filters show counts. Saved views are kept in your browser.
Removing leads
Remove in All leads takes leads off every list. Their campaign history and conversations stay.
