Five steps to your first launch

Home shows these steps as a checklist. The next step always has a button. The list closes after your first launch.

1. Connect a mailbox

Open Deliverability › Mailboxes and click Add mailbox. Choose Google, Microsoft or another provider. See Connect Google Workspace, Connect Microsoft 365 or Connect any SMTP mailbox.

2. Check your domain

Open Deliverability › Domains. Each sending domain needs SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. NorthQuest shows the exact records to add. See Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

3. Add leads

Open Leads and click Import CSV. See Import leads from a CSV.

4. Write your sequence

Open Campaigns, create a campaign and write your steps. Follow-ups stop when a lead replies. See Build a campaign.

5. Launch

The review step checks everything first. Leads that can't be emailed are listed with the reason. See Launch a campaign.
