Connect Google Workspace

Steps

1. Open Deliverability › Mailboxes.
2. Click Add mailbox, then Google.
3. Sign in with Google and allow access.
4. Check the sender name, daily limit and signature on the mailbox page.

NorthQuest sends the emails you schedule and reads the replies to them.

If Google blocks the connection

Google limits apps that send and read Gmail until a Workspace admin trusts them. Your admin does this once for the whole organization. See Allow NorthQuest in Google Admin.

Tip

Add a profile photo to the sending account in Google. It shows next to your emails in the lead's inbox.
