Why did sending pause?
Bounce brakes pause sending when too many emails bounce, to protect your mailboxes.
Too many bounces hurt your mailbox's reputation fast. NorthQuest pauses sending before that happens.
When it pauses
- One mailbox pauses when more than 5% of its last 100 emails bounce. This starts after at least 50 emails.
- The whole workspace pauses when more than 8% of its last 500 emails bounce. This starts after at least 200 emails.
A red banner in the app tells you. Replies still send.
What to do
- Check your lead lists. Old or guessed addresses bounce most.
- Remove addresses you aren't sure about.
- Open Help & support in the app. We help you start sending again.
Bounced addresses
An address that bounces for good is never emailed again. It shows as Bounced in Leads.
