Connect Microsoft 365

Steps

1. Open Deliverability › Mailboxes.
2. Click Add mailbox, then Microsoft.
3. Sign in with Microsoft and allow access.
4. Check the sender name, daily limit and signature on the mailbox page.

Why not SMTP?

Many Microsoft 365 organizations turn off password sign-in for mail apps. The Microsoft option avoids that.

Tip

Add a profile photo to the sending account in Microsoft. It shows next to your emails in the lead's inbox.
