Connect any SMTP mailbox
Connect mailboxes from other providers with SMTP and IMAP, one at a time or from a CSV.
One mailbox
- Open Deliverability › Mailboxes and click Add mailbox.
- Choose Other.
- Pick your provider. Its server settings fill in for you.
- Enter the email address and the password. Many providers need an app password instead of your normal one.
- Save. If something is wrong, the error shows under the field that failed.
Many mailboxes at once
Import a CSV with one row per mailbox: email, name, host, port, username and password. Map the columns, then upload them all. Start from Add mailbox or from Other.
Microsoft 365 mailboxes
Many Microsoft 365 organizations block password sign-in for mail apps. If SMTP fails, use Connect Microsoft 365 instead.
One address, one connection
You can connect an address only once per workspace, even through another provider.
